Ronda has been a business owner for over 10 years. She moved to California 3 and a half years ago from Maryland. Before moving here she was the owner of the Waynesboro Magazine. Ronda currently just started a trucking company called Praise In Motion Trucking LLC. She is already making a profit from this venture and will be adding another truck next year. Ronda also runs a Christian Daycare from home.. Ronda was also involved in the creation and operation of the Frederick SportsPlex in Maryland. She ran this facility from the start of construction and was in charge of all sporting events and the advertising. Ronda also operated 10 girls USA Volleyball Juniors teams. She has helped many Junior girls get scholarships for college. She also held an annual Volleyball Tournament in the Bahamas every year to raise funds for the Grand Bahamas Olympic Volleyball team.
